Spring Chicken LOL!

Here's hoping that spring is right around the corner! Isn't he cute?! Super easy card using nearly all SU! products. The chick was cut with a Coluzzle oval template. The wings are crimped then punched with the SU! oval punch; the curves on the bottom edge are hand cut. The grass edge is punched with the scalloped punch. The beak is punched with a 1/4" square punch but I only put the cardstock in halfway on the diagonal. I thought it needed some more colour so at the end I added the pink ribbon.

I have an update on my Glue Dots complaint. I was at a scrapping store this weekend and was given permission to try out the first glue dot on the roll of a new box. The boxed Glue Dots are CLEARLY a different formula, way stickier than the ones in the dispenser. So be careful! I only even wanted the dispenser glue dots because the rolled ones aren't as convenient, the dispenser protects the dots and you do not have to tear away the paper. ***SIGH!*** Why can't they put the 'good' dots in the dispenser??

Enjoy, Rebecca
