Multi Challenge Shabby Chocolate Bar Pouch

I usually only play one or two challenges at once but today, I managed 5! Wahoo! My second highest ever! Unfortunately, I am too late to enter one challenge; the PTI one was only 1 day! What’s up with that Sad smile.

This is one of those pop-up chocolate bar pouches. You pull on the bow which is attached to a ribbon slung under the chocolate bar which pulls it up and out. Quite fun, especially the first time you see it. The pouch challenge was for Joan’s Gardens. Click HERE for details.

Next was the Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger with a gorgeous pink icing and chocolate petit four. So pretty! Fancy Schmancy. The PTI challenge was to take one of the 2011 favourite projects of their DT and use it as inspiration. I was inspired by Mishie’s button cards but that’s the one I can’t enter. Boo Hoo {cue pouty face}.

I just love the little ticket! I’ve never use it vertically but since I was inspired to turn the button card on it’s side when I usually use it the other way, I decided to turn the ticket too! I’ve never used it without the stamps that go with it either. I did use the frame but used another image inside.

The Shabby Tea Room #100 asked us to use the inspiration photo below to create something with hearts and with a food theme. While I didn’t use much food, there is the candy on the ribbon, it is food packaging so I hope they think that counts! And I used lots of hearts: heart DP, a heart button, a heart eyelet on the tag, stamped hearts on the chocolate CS  and there is a heart on the cupcake on the ticket. Last but not least, I used this week’s Mojo Monday sketch. Again, click on the sketch to visit the challenge.

ETA: This is also for Lily Pad Cards challenge to use patterned paper in your card. While this isn’t quite a card, I would use it as one writing my message on the back so I hope it counts!

Enjoy, Rebecca

I've always loved pink and brown together, and your combination is great. Thanks for including this sweet card in our challenge this week in the Tea Room.

Hi Rebecca. This card is so pretty - love the mix of colors and patterns! I followed your card from the Lily Pad Cards, patterned paper challenge page, but don't see a link to our blog here on your post. Could you add it please? Thank you, and thanks for playing with us at Lily Pad Cards! :)
